1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and nagnd88 (hereinafter "nagnd88", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the nagnd88 website at nagnd88.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any product offered through the nagnd88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the nagnd88 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting the support team. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated version of this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

nagnd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, nagnd88 will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via email or a platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the current version of this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

1.1 Scope of Services

nagnd88 provides an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh. Services available through the nagnd88 platform include, but are not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slots and RNG-based games, crash games (including Limbo), and fishing games (including Gold Toad Fishing). nagnd88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any product or service at any time without prior notice.

1.2 Acceptance of Risk

Participation in any form of gambling involves financial risk. By using the nagnd88 platform, you acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by chance or a combination of chance and skill, and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your nagnd88 account. nagnd88 does not guarantee any winnings, and past performance on the platform is not indicative of future outcomes. We strongly encourage all players to review our Responsible Gaming page before placing any wager.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

In order to register an account and use the nagnd88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the nagnd88 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not have an existing nagnd88 account that has been suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by nagnd88.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of nagnd88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder, and you have not been enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any online gambling platform.

nagnd88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of nagnd88 services, you must register a player account by providing accurate and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided to nagnd88 — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and payment details — is truthful, accurate, and current at all times.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nagnd88 is committed to maintaining a safe and fraud-free platform for all players. As part of this commitment, nagnd88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet, or bank statement)

nagnd88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges — and in some cases, account access — until KYC verification has been completed to our satisfaction. The KYC process is a routine security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your nagnd88 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. nagnd88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the nagnd88 support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

nagnd88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally popular payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method are published on the payments information page of the nagnd88 platform and are subject to change.

4.1 Deposit Policy

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your nagnd88 balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• nagnd88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees that are outside nagnd88's control.
• nagnd88 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity or money laundering.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit to the same nagnd88 account, subject to availability.
• Before processing any withdrawal, nagnd88 may require completion of the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.1.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days.
• nagnd88 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Players will be notified if such checks are required.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, withdrawable balances are eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the nagnd88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment method processes in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may result in minor discrepancies between the amount sent and the amount credited due to conversion and rounding.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

nagnd88 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all nagnd88 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your nagnd88 account in a designated bonus balance and are not withdrawable as cash until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using the bonus (and in some cases, the qualifying deposit) before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting contributions may vary. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• nagnd88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including if it determines that a promotion is being abused.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the nagnd88 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nagnd88 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of any outstanding balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Registering more than one nagnd88 account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or otherwise using the nagnd88 platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with the nagnd88 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — including coordinating betting strategies across multiple accounts or sharing information in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with wagers placed on nagnd88.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any legitimate deposit made to your nagnd88 account with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with nagnd88 support.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct towards nagnd88 support staff or other players.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

nagnd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Detection of underage gambling.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by an automated system rather than a human player.
• Player request — including self-exclusion requests made under the nagnd88 Responsible Gaming policy.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your nagnd88 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are in progress. Bonus balances that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the nagnd88 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to reopen or create a new nagnd88 account. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagnd88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the nagnd88 platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any technical fault, error, or system failure that affects the outcome of any game or wager.
• Any unauthorised access to a player account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling on the nagnd88 platform, including loss of deposited funds.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the nagnd88 platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in this clause shall limit nagnd88's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

8.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding a wager outcome, account balance, bonus, or any other matter related to your use of nagnd88, you should contact the nagnd88 support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. nagnd88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint. All decisions made by nagnd88 following a good-faith investigation shall be final.

8.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the nagnd88 Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any applicable promotion or bonus, constitutes the entire agreement between you and nagnd88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
